How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days within Australia, though rural areas may take slightly longer.
Is Robert Gordon pottery microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes, the majority of our stoneware collections are both microwave and dishwasher safe. We recommend checking the specific product description for items featuring metallic glazes or delicate finishes.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your pottery arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to customers within Australia and New Zealand. For other international inquiries, please contact our support team for a custom shipping quote.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
Are your products handmade?
Many of our collections are designed in our Pakenham studio and feature hand-finished details. We take pride in the artisanal quality and unique variations found in every piece of Robert Gordon pottery.
