Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Carefully wrap your ceramic items in their original protective packaging to prevent breakage during transit, as we cannot refund damaged goods.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any Australia Post outlet, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking information.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
